This package includes everything you need to screen for large and small red worm and round worm egg throughout the year. Please note, this doesn’t cover encysted red worm or tape worm as these require either blood or salvia tests or annual treatment (winter, after first frost). This package is for 3 egg counts throughout the year (spring/summer/autumn).
The yearly package contains:
3 complete FEC kits per horse (1 glove per horse (wash and reuse), 6 sample bags, 3 prepaid envelopes). Both samples need to be returned together
Reminders when subsequent counts are due (every 10-12 weeks)
Reduced price (£3 ) efficacy checks if worming needed post count (to check treatment has been successful). No kit required but additional sample bags can be provided if needed. Message to arrange. 10-14 days post treatment.
